- Program Overview
- The Murray Marketing Services Client Referral Program ("Program") offers a $200 cash reward to individuals who refer new clients to Murray Marketing Services. In addition, the new client that was referred to Murray Marketing Services will receive a $200 service discount after meeting the requirements! "Cash" is paid out in the form of Venmo payment.
- A referred client must become a paying client, incurring at least $1000 in services before the referrer and referred client qualifies for the reward.
- Current clients of Murray Marketing Services who refer new clients can also opt to receive their $200 reward as a service discount.
- To participate, referrers must complete a signup form on the Murray Marketing Services website, indicating their intent to generate referrals and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
- Eligibility
- The Program is open to all United States residents aged 18 years or older.
- Current clients, former clients, and non-clients of Murray Marketing Services are eligible to participate as referrers.
- Referred clients must be new to Murray Marketing Services and not have previously engaged in any business with Murray Marketing Services to qualify.
- Clients cannot be referred by multiple referrers. Only one payout will incur for each referred client.
- The referrer cannot be a current employee or have any direct affiliation with the referred business.
- Rewards and Incentives
- A $200 cash reward will be provided to the referrer via Venmo within 30 days after the referred client fulfills the qualifying criteria.
- A $200 service discount will be provided to the new client within 30 days after the new client fulfills the qualifying criteria.
- If the referrer is a current client of Murray Marketing Services, they may choose to receive a $200 discount on Murray Marketing Services instead of a cash reward.
- Referrers must provide their Venmo to Murray Marketing Services upon completing a successful referral.
- Qualifying Criteria
- For a referral to qualify, the referred client must mention the referrer's name at the start of their service engagement with Murray Marketing Services.
- The referred client must be a new client to Murray Marketing Services and spend a minimum of $1000 within the first 90 days of partnership on services.
- Referrals are valid only if the referred client has not previously engaged in any business with Murray Marketing Services.
- Limitations and Exclusions
- Individuals or businesses that have previously engaged in any business with Murray Marketing Services are not eligible as referred clients.
- The Program is limited to United States residents only.
- Referrers must be 18 years or older to participate.
- Data Privacy and Security
- Murray Marketing Services is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information collected through this Program.
- Personal information will be handled in compliance with applicable United States privacy laws and regulations.
- Program Modification and Termination
- Murray Marketing Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes related to the Program should be directed to Murray Marketing Services for resolution.
- Participants agree to resolve any disputes through negotiation and, if necessary, legally compliant arbitration.
- Limitation of Liability
- Murray Marketing Services is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Program, except as required by law.
- Legal Compliance
- The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Acceptance of Terms
- By participating in the Program, individuals acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
